Information we collect
We store the account details you provide at signup — full name, email, phone number, date of birth, and whether you're a student or employee — alongside conversations, files you upload, and any memories you let PAM GPT keep on your behalf.
How conversations are used
Conversations are processed by the AI provider(s) your account routes to. We do not sell, share, or train models on your conversations. When admins configure multi-model, your prompts go directly to your provider via PAM Core.
Encryption
Provider API keys are encrypted at rest with authenticated encryption. Database storage is encrypted at rest by the infrastructure layer. Uploads are stored in private buckets with signed, time-limited access URLs.
Your rights
You can export every chat, project, memory, file, and profile detail at any time. Account deletion is permanent and removes all associated data within 30 days.
